Emergency Response Training Solutions was set up by Martin Pearce and Matthew Donnelly, both experienced Resuscitation Officers, to deliver high quality, user friendly hands on training for all areas of health care and the private sector.
Our philosophy is to provide a client centred bespoke training package that meets the need of the user and gives confidence to the candidate. We firmly believe that candidate should expect to be taught by experienced professionals who have current clinical practice, relevant qualifications and skills. We have helped organisations to meet their statutory obligations (NHSLA) and to develop staff training programmes. We can advise on the formulation on policy and procedures, patient group directives, resuscitation committees and risk assessment.
