Advanced Life Support Skills
Aims & Objectives
Our “Advanced Life Support skills Course” aims to equip those who may have to respond and lead a sudden emergency. This Course takes the training one step further from intermediate life support. The candidate gains additional tuition in spotting the sick patient, airway management, simple airway adjuncts, advanced airway management, advisory defibrillation, manual defibrillation, vascular access team leading skills, ethics of resuscitation and practical scenario training.

Course Duration
12 Hours over 2 days
Delivery Technique
This course is delivered via a range of techniques including:
- Instructor Led Presentation
- Group Discussion
- Practical Sessions
- Scenario Based Training
The amount of different methods of presentation is flexible to suit the needs of the group.
Course Assessment
This course is subject to ongoing assessment by the Instructor throughout the course. There is no final assessment. Competency based documented assessment ensures the required level of understanding.
Course Certification
All successful attendees will be awarded a certificate which will be valid for 2 years.
